A few things to know before you book your appointment, plus answers to some of our most frequently asked questions.
Before you book

To secure a slot, a non-refundable booking fee of K10,000 is required. This is deducted from your total. Your booking is confirmed only when the deposit is paid.
When booking, specify all the services you require (manicure, pedicure, soak off etc) and provide inspiration photos in advance.

A late fee of K10,000 will be charged if you are 15 minutes late to your scheduled appointment time.
Arrivals exceeding 20 minutes will result in the cancellation of the appointment and the forfeiture of your deposit.
Ask for directions the day prior to your appointment to allow adequate travel time and avoid delays.

To maintain a comfortable and focused environment, we kindly ask that you attend your appointment alone unless otherwise arranged.
If you have not booked a soak off service, please arrive with bare nails. Failure to do so will incur an inconvenience fee of K5,000 in addition to the cost of product removal.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.
Late cancellations, no-shows, or missed appointments will result in forfeiture of the booking deposit. A new deposit will be required to secure a future appointment.
